- For Granting of Developlment Permit for Contruction of an MBM Port, Located in Porto Romano, Municipality of Durres.
- For Granding Permit “For building mooring structures, and authorization for on shore construction activities to build an MBM Port located in Porto Romano, Municipality of Durres
- For Approving an Addendum to the Concession Contract BOT (Build, Operate & Transfer) for an MBM Port in Porto Romano, Durres, approved according to Law no 104/2015 between Ministry of Insfustructure & Energy and Shoqeria Koncesionare Porti MBM
- For Approval of project changes along the construction of MBM Port located in Porto Romano, Municipality of Durres
- For announcing, categorizing and naming the MBM Port in Porto Romano, Durres “Open Port to International Traffic”
- For Approving an Addendum on the Concession Contract BOT (Build, Operate & Transfer) for an MB Port in Porto Romano, Durres, approved according to Law no 104/2015 between Ministry of Infrastructure&Energy and Shoqeria Koncesionare Porti MBM.
